“Get the fundamentals down and the level of everything you do will RISE”  – Michael Jordan

Rise coaches will share their passion and knowledge with players.  The low number of players in each group allows for personal attention.  Each age will have a customized approach based on the important fundamentals for each age group.  Workout groups will be monitored and adjusted to make sure each player is appropriately challenged.  Workout groups will be separated by grade.

RISE coaches will share their “real experience” with players.  Advanced mindset, approach and a commitment to the process, is stressed in all RISE programs.  We aim to empower players to make themselves better on a daily basis.  Unlimited success can be achieved if a player takes ownership for their personal and team development.

Focus on Skills that matter

It is very important for players to focus on the right things to make themselves better.  The fundamentals of basketball will be stressed for every age group.  Fundamentals are the building blocks to a successful future.

Let the Game Teach the players

RISE believes in experiential learning.  Concepts are absorbed better if they are experienced and even more so if they are earned through work.  The harder the task, the more effort it takes to reach the goal, and the more valuable it becomes for those who attain it.
