WHO ?

Private Training is beneficial to players of all ages because a trainer is able to customize training to meet each players needs.  The earlier players understand the fundamentals and how to make themselves better, the better their chances to continue improvements as they grow and mature.

WHEN ?

Private Training can typically be done at a time that fits the players personal schedule.

WHERE ?

Private training location is flexible based on players needs.  Sessions may be done in a gym, at home or an outdoor park.

WHY ?

Why you want to pursue private training is an important question.  RISE HOOPS wants to invest in players who train for the right reasons.

SOME WRONG REASONS TO JOIN PRIVATE TRAINING

    1.  My teammates/friends are doing it.
    2.  I've been sold it is the only way to get better.
    3.  I see videos of players training on social media and it looks cool.
    4.  My parents want me to do it.
    5.  I need more repetitions so I can perfect my skills.
    6.  I want a shortcut to get better and avoid competition, by training on my own.

THE RIGHT REASON

Players should only invest in Private Training out of a passion for basketball and a love for the process of improving themselves.  The passion of the player multiplied by the passion of the trainer will produce REAL results.  WARNING: the best results will not occur immediately.  Athlete development is a long-term commitment that is worth the time and effort for those who pursue it with passion.  Trust us on this !!!

HOW ?

RISE private trainers will offer players a DEEP understanding of the fundamentals of basketball; shooting, ball handling, footwork, and body positioning.  When players truly understand the HOW, they will possess the ability to grow and adapt to competition at every level.

In addition to skill training, RISE HOOPS believes it is extremely important to train the mind and the spirit of each player.  RISE trainers will share passion, insight, and inspiration based on their basketball experience.  Players will never reach their true potential unless they can light a fire inside themselves.

RISE training will be progressive.  As players learn, they will be challenged to learn more.
